Our intent is to share the experience of Michigan fishing with you. Our shop is right in the heart of the Huron-Manistee National Forest in Michigan — a 100-mile radius of backwoods, wildlife, ponds, and streams and rivers that rival any area you’ve experienced — and right in the heart of the most storied and historic fly fishing waters in the country. Our home waters are some of Michigan’s most famous trout, steelhead, and salmon waters like the Big Manistee, Pere Marquette, Little Manistee, Bear Creek, and Pine River. We’ve been guiding on these waters for decades.

Bright chrome Steelhead that bend even the stoutest two-handed rod. Huge King and Coho Salmon that will viciously crush a swung fly. Goliath Lake-Run Browns that stalk the rivers in the fall. Pudgy Smallmouth waiting to hammer twitched poppers. Carp on the crystal-clear flats of Lake Michigan. Toothy Northern Pike lurking in weedy shallows and log jams.
